Every mutation multiplier
Growth mutations (Golden, Rainbow) multiply the whole value. Environmental mutations are additive bonuses that stack with each other: the final value is base × growth × (1 + sum of bonuses) × weight squared. This is the full table:

Dawnbound (+149x) and Voidtouched (+134x) are the biggest single bonuses, but Rainbow growth (50x, multiplicative) beats any one environmental mutation. The real money is stacking: a Rainbow crop with Shocked and Frozen multiplies its base value thousands of times.
Is Rainbow or Golden better?
Rainbow multiplies value by 50, Golden by 20, so Rainbow is strictly better — and correspondingly rarer. Both multiply on top of every environmental mutation you stack, which is why mutated Rainbow crops are the most valuable items in the game.
What is the most valuable crop in Grow a Garden?
Per fruit, Mushroom has the highest base value of the widely-grown crops, with Ember Lily and Sugar Apple behind it. A heavy Rainbow Mushroom with stacked mutations is worth millions of sheckles.
Does weight really matter?
A lot — value scales with the square of weight. A crop twice the typical weight is worth four times more, before any mutations. It's why giant fruit are prized even without mutations.
