Grow a Garden Trading Values
Pet values ranked by what people actually pay in trades, not by ability stats. Tiers reflect current demand: trade same-tier for same-tier and you will never get scammed.

Pet Tier List (by trade demand)
Grails. People overpay for these — never trade one away for anything below S-tier without add-ons.
| Pet | How to get it | Why it trades this high |
|---|---|---|
| Raccoon | Night Egg | Duplicates other pets' items — highest demand in the game |
| Disco Bee | Anti Bee Egg | Top-tier mutation spreader, extremely scarce |
| Queen Bee | Bee Egg | Pollinates crops, grail of the bee event |
| Dragonfly | Bug Egg | Turns crops gold — pure money printer |
| Mimic Octopus | Paradise Egg | Copies other pets' abilities |
| Fennec Fox | Exotic Bug Egg | Steals mutations from other plots |
| T-Rex | Dino Egg | Devours mutations and spreads them |
| Kitsune | Zen Egg | Event exclusive, prestige pet |
High demand. A fair trade is another A-tier or an S-tier with you adding value.
| Pet | How to get it | Why it trades this high |
|---|---|---|
| Butterfly | Exotic Bug Egg | Turns fully-mutated crops rainbow |
| Red Fox | Night Egg | Steals seeds from other gardens |

| Blood Owl | Blood Moon shop | Strong XP boost, event scarcity |
| Cooked Owl | Cooking event | Event exclusive, XP + cosmetic flex |

How these values are decided
Grow a Garden has no official trading values — Roblox doesn't publish them and the game doesn't show them. What exists is a market: thousands of trades a day in trading servers and Discord communities, where pets settle into price bands based on scarcity and how useful their ability is. Our tiers track that consensus.
Two things move a pet's value: supply (event pets stop being obtainable, egg hatch rates are brutal for the top pets) and ability demand (pets that print money, like Dragonfly turning crops golden, are wanted by everyone forever). Cosmetic-only pets fall to filler almost immediately, no matter how rare they look.
We re-check the consensus weekly and stamp every page with the update date. If a big patch shifts values mid-week, the date tells you exactly how fresh the data is.
FAQ
What is the rarest pet in Grow a Garden?
Raccoon and Disco Bee sit at the top of every serious value list. Raccoon duplicates items from other pets, which makes it the most demanded pet in the game, and Disco Bee is extremely scarce because of its egg's drop rate.
How do I know if a trade is fair?
Compare demand tiers, not how cool a pet looks. A fair trade is same-tier for same-tier. If your pet is a tier above theirs, they should add value. Never trade an S-tier for anything below S without significant add-ons.
What makes a crop worth the most?
Mutations stack: a Rainbow crop with Shocked and Frozen can be worth thousands of times its base value. Weight matters too, since value scales with the square of weight. Use the crop calculator to see the exact math.
